Records transfer We will gladly provide your 1st medical record request to your designated doctor or other designated location at no charge to you. Subsequently requested records will be sent for a nominal fee. We will make every effort to get the records sent out as soon as possible. We shall always try to deliver well within the standard of one month. However, if for any reason your records do not arrive, please resubmit your request.
